Ingredients
2 oz Suntory Toki Japanese Whisky


0.25 oz honey syrup (1:1)


3–4 dashes grapefruit bitters


Grapefruit peel (garnish).

How to craft
  1. In a rocks glass, combine Toki, honey syrup, and bitters.
  2. Add one large ice cube and stir until well-chilled and slightly diluted.
  3. Express a grapefruit peel over the top and garnish.
Optional fall twist: swap honey syrup for maple syrup and add a dash of allspice or cinnamon bitters; garnish with an 
orange peel.
